A: We do everything we can to help remind our Guests of their upcoming appointments. We provide 48 hour confirmation calls in addition to text message or email reminders for Guests who have agreed to this service.
As a courtesy to other Guests and our Staff and to avoid cancellation charges, we REQUIRE at minimum 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel, reschedule or otherwise make changes to your appointment.
